Terms & Conditions

1. Services

The Coach provides professional coaching services both virtually and in-person. By purchasing coaching services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions. These services include:

  • Individual coaching sessions

  • Coaching packages as described on the website at time of purchase

  • Associated materials provided during the coaching relationship

2. What Coaching Is and Is Not

Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking partnership focused on maximizing personal and professional potential. The Coach is not providing:

  • Psychotherapy or mental health counseling

  • Medical or health advice

  • Financial or legal advice

  • Business decisions on behalf of the Client

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Pricing for coaching services will be discussed and agreed upon during the discovery process and confirmed prior to the start of services.

  • All coaching services are offered as packages or programs and must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment plans may be available and will be discussed prior to enrollment. By selecting a payment plan, the Client authorizes recurring charges to their selected payment method.

  • All payments are non-refundable. Payment represents the Client’s commitment to the coaching container and the space reserved in the Coach’s practice, not attendance at individual sessions.

  • Missed or unused sessions are not eligible for refund or credit.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Sessions must be scheduled through the Coach's designated scheduling system

  • 48-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling, unless otherwise described in the Partnership Agreement

  • Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice are considered completed.

  • Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the Coach’s discretion.

  • The Coach reserves the right to reschedule sessions with 48-hour notice.

5. Session Policies

  • Sessions start and end at scheduled times

  • Late arrivals will end at the originally scheduled time

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring proper technology setup for virtual sessions

  • Either party may record sessions with prior written consent from the other party

  • Clients are responsible for their own results and implementing any strategies discussed

6. Confidentiality

The Coach adheres to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics regarding confidentiality. Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential except:

  • As required by law

  • When there is imminent risk of harm to self or others

  • When there is suspicion of abuse of children or vulnerable adults

  • As explicitly agreed upon in writing by the Client

7. Communication

  • Primary communication will be through email and scheduled sessions

  • Email responses will be provided within 48 business hours

  • Emergency support is not included in standard coaching services

  • The Coach is not available for unlimited email or phone support between sessions

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, methods, and content provided during coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of the Coach. Clients may not:

  • Share materials with third parties

  • Record or distribute session recordings without written permission

  • Use proprietary coaching methods for commercial purposes

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:

  • Because coaching services are commitment-based and space is reserved for the Client, payments are non-refundable, including in cases of early termination.

  • Termination releases both parties from future obligations but does not entitle the Client to reimbursement for services already purchased.

10. Relationship to Coaching Partnership Agreement

Where applicable, coaching services are also governed by a separate Coaching Partnership Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, the Coaching Partnership Agreement shall control the coaching relationship.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication

  • If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation

  • If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration

  • Small claims court may be used when appropriate

12. Limitation of Liability

The Coach's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. The Coach is not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or special damages

  • Client's actions or decisions

  • Technical failures during virtual sessions

  • Results or lack thereof from coaching services

13. Agreement

By purchasing coaching services, scheduling sessions, or participating in coaching, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
